Oh god, I'm having that "I didn't know I had this problem till now and with it fixed, everything is so much better" moment.

Apparently my computer's max CPU operation was at 60% even though it was at max power settings, and something glitched it to 5% a few days ago.
Now its at 100% and its SMOOTH
