I wonder what they would do today if the people who fought for independence were still alive. Would they be just like us, sitting here talking and making jokes about how orange doesn’t look good?

Why don’t you march in the streets? Please take action. The leaders who should represent the people are absent, and that’s the problem.

The problem is that we, as people, are like ants being pushed around; we fall wherever they want us to. They excel at playing their games and fulfilling their own purposes while in power. We have already been defeated by ten better options, yet you still haven't found a solid way to combat them.

If he doesn't even want to look at people and doesn't bother to answer their questions, why is he representing them? It's the American people who paid him to serve as a senator!

Folks can argue about the relevancy of the “Democratic socialist” label all day. But if that’s what you’re hung up on, you’re missing the larger point.

People aren’t chasing labels. They’re chasing change. Real, structural, unapologetic change.
