Mochi has a new habit of sitting on the coffee machine and turning it on, extremely cute until there is hot water everywhere π

```diff, js
- await mkdtemp(join(tmpdir(), 'foo-'));
To be fair to dash (who has a soft spot in my heart), pipefail isn't POSIX sh, so it would be awkward if dash did have it!
The good news, when I last looked deep into this, pipefail was proposed for a future POSIX standard π
