Looking at the proposed layout, there is no way it can be safe for the riders. Fir example, If they come off the bikes on the back straight there is no way to arrest their speed as there is a roundabou behind it, which means a short run-off.
I'm from Adelaide and attend the Supercar race every year, there is no way the street circuit is safe for motorcycle racing
