it does help me realize that there's a lot of headcasing about optimal control styles, buttons, sticks, this that and the other that even I've fallen prey to but it largely doesn't matter. like sure you might find a gamerfinger better than a sanwa but a button's ultimately a button.

i think remakes still have their place, but i definitely agree when it comes to remasters. so often they end up being *worse* in one way or another over the original/emulation.
