Scampi, a floofy brown striped tabby of *some* mixed heritage, sat on an IKEA unit with eyes half open. She has stripy legs, a floofy white decolletage, an explosion of whiskers that are FAR longer than is absolutely necessary, and a dreadlock of floof hanging from one side that she positively does not want us to remove, we suspect for religious reasons, and we respect that. (It'll likely drop off around the house somewhere given time and surprise us, they usually do)

#ScampiVonMonkeyface, for all her usual wildling tendencies, chose to stay in the warmth of the living room, watching from high up on the furniture.

Missy came out to explore the garden this morning, followed by Mousecow.

And finally, back to the gannets again, as Missy has some final scraps placed on the cushion on the chair for her and Mousecow hoovers up what's left on the plate. She may have decided she didn't want any more but that was before seeing the others eating it.

#ScampiVonMonkeyface eventually returned and was offered the plate, but even though she is quite definitely a pampered house kitty, she FEELS she is a child of the wild; consequently she prefers to eat her scraps off the floor like a proper feral wildling.

Now sitting patiently, pieces of fish onto the floor right in front of her, waiting for something better. Again, head tilted.

A sweet angelic baby, pleading with her eyes for the tiniest morsel of food.

A burly fish tax enforcer, demanding payment.

Eyes of steely determination and teeth that don't care if they're hitting just fish or fingers as well, just as long as there's fish in the bargain.

Fish achieved. Minimal damage to fingers.

Mousecow, a floofy white cat with brown splodges, spread out at the bottom of the bed, on a satiny peacock-blue/green duvet, making the most of the sun shining in from the window.

A closer shot of her, she has the top of her head almost pressed into the duvet so her head is upside down and her front paws crossed over each other beneath her chin. You can just about make out one pink tie bean, but her hind legs is stretched out and you can see more pink beans there, along with frankly silly amounts of flood as she's a pampered girl who doesn't get her feet dirty or do anything to wear her floof down.

Closer again, so you can see her paws tucked under her chin. She looks very peaceful and happy.

Now focussed all the way in on her face, her nose, mouth and chin in shadow but her ear, forehead and cheeks catching the warm sun. She is whistling quietly as she breathes.

All fussed out, breakfast (plus treats) is all done, there's nothing left to do now except wait for lunchtime.
