hi hi! the newest PinkSea update is here!!!

there's a lot that's changed, but let's begin with the most important!

as has been teased for weeks now, customizable profiles are here! you can now set a nickname, bio and an avatar you've drawn right inside of PinkSea! how cool is that?

does anyone know how "listReposByCollection" actually works like on the relay? i've seen it exposed but any time i call it, it seems to return the repos that have made records within a certain collection only within the past month or so

a directory listing of manifests for a kubernetes deployment on my infrastructure

so as per usual i just did the whole thing myself. works wonders.

i fucking hate helm charts.

the deployment i just did could've been done with two manifests. the namespace definition and the helm release. and i fell for it. "fine, i'll finally try deploying something with a helm chart instead," i said.
but i tell you, i did what i could to get that stupid chart working.

kubernetes people, never tell me to use a helm chart ever again
authors of helm charts aaaaalways manage to forget about some random option i'll end up needing to set because the whole thing's broken to begin with
and then i need to fight k8s internals or wrangle their chart to fix it

i typically don't have anything to post so i just read ^^;

writing a retrospective post is hard when most of my work this year has been really all over the place or just private

I’ve been taking courses at a glacial pace to allow time for Anything Else, so if I were to continue at that rate, I would be unlikely to get out for another 20 years or something. it’s honestly lifted a pretty large weight off of my shoulders, as I’d never seen university as being My Future and being the path I wanted to focus on for my career, and I really just want to move on with my life. I now feel free to do just that as a result, I am looking for a full-time position in graphic design, specifically UI/UX design, and I will now actually have the time to take on one with university out of the picture I’m in Germany so my time zone is CET, but I’m rather flexible and will be able to accommodate international time zones. it MUST be remote within the immediate term, but I am open to relocating in the future and move to working in-office if that would be preferable to you you already know what I do, so contact me at hello@lucia.red if you’re interested in working with me”
