Any nation that trusts Trump to negotiate is a fool.

A 13 year old with a fractured leg

A 22 month old in respiratory distress

A 17 month old with pneumonia

These are just some of the 11 children-detained at Dilley-who were rushed to the hospital in the past six months

No justification, no authorization from Congress, and no clear objective.

But none of that matters to Donald Trump — and apparently neither do the safety and lives of American service members.

Really don't understand how this isn't a bigger scandal. This is conspiracy to commit federal witness tampering (and likely witness murder) for the purpose of covering up a foreign government's deal with organized crime, a deal that has been affirmed by the DOJ.

Trump hasn't gone to Congress for authorization to attack Iran. He hasn't explained the necessity or urgency of preemptive action by us. I'd very much like to see regime change in Iran, but Trump hasn't explained how we intend to help achieve that goal.

I taught mid-career military at the Kennedy School. They were great to have in class, not least because the other students learned so much from them. For Hegseth to suggest these impressive men and women are at risk of being "indoctrinated" is demeaning and insulting to them.
