I have one of those indoor stepping machines now but how the hell am I supposed to type while using it 😭

In 2026, I want to make my fitness my priority over work. I've been unintentionally neglecting my health just because I want to dedicate more time to corporations who haven't committed to me yet. A whole capitalist mess.

I need to make more time for being active intentionally but this false sense of urgency never leaves me. My brain keeps telling me I 'just need to get this done and then I can workout' and next thing I know it's 10PM and I've had no dinner and haven't moved since noon 😭

Application season is busy. I've realised I'll never reach a point where I can avoid camping out with my laptop for several hours churning out answers unless I force myself to take breaks 😭
