Minimum run speed is what matters. Like power walk, sure but running 10 miles at 10-12 minute pace might fail me alone. If a 18 minute a mile power walk counts then it’s not bad at all.

It’s a lot easier if you can break it up and power walk. Jog at like 12-15 minute miles feels acceptable to me but others may disagree.

Yeah, i think this is the ticket. You need to do the run with limited beer impact then you can space the beer and tacos out to be okayish.
Wake at 7: 3x taco, run.
10 am: 2x beer 2x taco
