More Seattle shenanigans: Books edition! We went to the GORGEOUS Seattle Public Library main branch, where I spotted some of my clients' books, plus awesome kidlit displays...

Literally buying one copy of a book at your local indie bookstore can mean the difference in whether they buy future books from that author.

I once asked a bookseller at a large indie store how many people would have to buy a book for it to get the attention of the store buyer and cause an additional order and they said: Three.

I had a fabulous weekend with my amazing agent, @jenniekendrick.bsky.social. We celebrated Jennie's birthday with all sorts of fun adventures. Our activities included touring Chihuly Glass & Garden, visiting Seattle's rat mosaic, & posing with the World's Largest Rubber Chicken. It was awesome!
