Yes they are technically RPCs. Indeed I often feel that just because RPCs today often highlight serialization/networking aspects when being mentioned in sys/net academic papers.

Those are true remote procedure calls! I am still not fully convinced whether today's RPCs should be called RPCs.

EDI-BOS on Delta is much better than EDI-EWR on UA. Newer aircraft and functional WiFi even for free. The only low point is online checking fails when we book through other airlines.
