A male umbreon named Kodaly (which he corrects someone, telling them it's pronounced "koe-die"). Each of his rings blinks on and off randomly and uncontrollably. The instability of his blinking can change based on his mood. His paw pads, in addition to his rings, are bioluminescent, but suffer from the same effects.
New oc! Kodaly has blinker disorder (a fictitious disorder) that can sort of be thought of like tourette syndrome but for bioluminescence.
Unfortunately, as a result, he cannot produce or turn off his light on command, which makes it hard for him to find work.
