Boots on the North Rim is a photo I've been taking the same photo for years every time I stop at the North Rim Lodge. I took a photo of my boots on the wall of the lodge patio July 5 after breakfast at the lodge. There were big wooden chairs to sit in and look out towards the south rim. We were camping during the thunder storm at Demotte Campground 4 of July weekend just outside North Rim entrance We saw the smoke on the 5 and the spotter plane came out but no water bombers There no such thing as a CONTROL BURN in the SUMMER TIME NEVER HOW STUPID ARE THEY The North Rim lodge had water restrictions on July 5 and had closed the public bathrooms at the lodge putting portapotty in the parking lot. Any water to fight a fire would've had to come from the air.

I was at The Pajama Party at Las Vegas Little Theatre last night. Las Vegas Little Theatre is a all volunteer theatre with about 100 seats and puts on about four shows a year. It's in Las Vegas's China Town surrounded by great restaurants making for a great night out. #johngreggstudios
