For my Fieldbrook peeps. We have a very hungry bear that likes chickens and chicken coops don't stop him/her much. This was a 3 am photo. Luckily, this coop was a repurposed dog kennel so it only got the outer layer of wire. It busted into our chicken tractor, though, and got three pullets

Dinner tonight at Havana, in the old Plaza Grill, ne' the really old Youngbergs. The Ropa Vieja was delish. The pork loin was flavorful, if a bit dry. The chicken California appetizer was fab, and the mojito was spot on
And very boring and lacking in flavor. I was soooo disappointed
