Oh, I get it and agree. I think about states like Mississippi, West Virginia, Florida, etc., versus states like NJ, California, Massachusetts, etc.

I think regulators should regulate (state equivalent to FDA).

Quality control is internal, and if the quality isn't there, consumers won't buy it (in an ideal America where we monopolies aren't a thing), they'll go to the next product distributor with better quality.

But meds are a necessity, they shouldn't be taxed.
