My new chef and the cooks all tasted it for my usual “tell me how this actually tastes” thing and they all liked it. Also this is me saying I got a new job!!!

Running a special at work that sounds kind of insane but it’s a tuna tartare that’s raw tuna with minced green tomatoes, fermented peppers, chives and olive oil, seasoned with furikake, with a “ponzu” I made with fermented tomatoes, yuzu, ginger juice, and white soy. Maybe crazy in concept haha.

30’s is really gay middle age because most dudes are looking for someone either 10 years younger than that or 10 years older than that lol
