I try not to consciously think good things about harm coming to other people, even bad people. But these guys are as terrible as it gets. They should be permanently isolated from society.
Why do you need to feel bad about anything bad happening to them? Any bad that happens is something to rejoice in. There has to be some justice for all the many harms and deaths they caused. Also, the level of sociopathy in these two guys is just off the charts.
I will admit, I have an extremely hard time feeling bad about any harm, even the most extreme, happening to those DOGE folks. They literally condemned tens or hundreds of thousands of people to die. They deserve a life sentence.
