First up, these two backgrounds I painted for @peleaanimation.bsky.social. I had the job of painting a lush Colombian jungle scene and the destruction of that same jungle for oil drilling. I was out of my comfort zone for the latter because of the heavy machinery and the oil drills-

It’s #indieanimationday! We are Pelea Animation, an #indiestudio creating our debut film of the same name, “Pelea.”

The story takes place in Vivencia, a fictional South American country based on 1960’s & 70’s 🇨🇴🇻🇪🇪🇨.

The film talks about real issues of
