I'm genuinely confused as to why folks are raking him across the coals like this. He's credited as a host and producer, but there's a whole separate team who researched and wrote the script. To be clear, I don't think anyone on the team deserves the vitriol he's facing.

I try to tell my brain that we're working hard to heal, that there's countless microscopic buddies who are firing on all cylinders to get us back to full health, and yet my dear anxious brain can't help but keep rattling off all the things we haven't accomplished yet. Perhaps they're just excited.
The most frustrating part of being sick or having a migraine (or both, currently) is how my brain just feeds me an endless reel of projects and tasks I could be completing if I weren't just lying here, waiting for my body to repair itself.
