(( tis my birthday today - I was wondering if anyone would be wanting to mess around with some Pandaemonium (possibly even savage versions) today? or just hang out.

I likely won't be free until 6pm CDT, but even so, company would absolutely be lovely if anyone wishes to join me~ ))

He pushes away such a feeling quickly as he forces himself to look away from the unique colors the other wears.

"Once you get your bearings, I will escort you." The eerie, vacant calm tone is back, glossing over the curious one. He has a duty to uphold, and he must keep to the perfect standard.

Still, a glimmer of curiosity shines through the trained vacant look in his eyes. To be unable to remember how to walk, being bound below where even the most basic creatures trod...

"I was left unawares that your kind had to train themselves to walk, just as we train to fly," he states quietly.

At the very least, the Prince thinks to himself, he is not slimy nor wet like some of the stories say about the fey that live within the water. His feathers will not have to become a mess holding Hythlodaeus, he's used to having to carry things about, after all.

Swooping forward in one fluid motion, the Winter Prince catches the other in his arms, scooping him up easily before he disturbs the snow underfoot. Still yet, do his talons nor feathers dare break the surface of the white blanket upon the ground.

"Do you request assistance, Prince Hythlodaeus?"

"Mm?" Themis flicks his gaze to the red color and laughs softly, shaking his head. "It's not a bad color, but it is not one that I would like to wear. Red is for Elidibus and my days as such are long behind me now. I am quite content with the clothes I don now, but pray tell me what you've in mind."

[ His gaze flicks back downwards as he gives a long sigh. ]

... this was likely already preordained. And why I should become this... this... Zodiark, you called it? A herald in the dark, a guide against the calamity to come. No one would care more than I, and if I am destined to forget...

Time cannot be changed.

[ A few words, ever so softly spoken, yet holding grief, sadness and... acceptance. A smile is forced upon his lips as he stares up at one he has come to hold dear, a gentle look on his face. ]

Our fates are already written and cannot be swayed, try it though many may.

[ For several minutes, does Themis sit in silence as his stares down at the ground. He remains unmoving for quite some time, mentally trying to piece together and process everything. From the supposed Final Days down to his future self sending her back in time... ]

[ Had this come from anyone else, had this story been something else entirely, Themis would have politely asked them to see Emmeroloth for an evaluation and mayhaps even something to fix what's wrong in their head. But this was not just anyone, and the story far too elaborate to be made up. ]

[ He takes her by the hand, pausing a moment to use his robes to wipe away her eyes, and gently pulls her along to a more private building, included and alone. ]

Here, you may speak freely. Tell me of your problems - it is the least I may do for you after all you have done for our star.

[ That is... concerning, to say the least to Themis. If it's important enough for the Emissary to have to hear in private, then it must be of some great import. Coming from this particular soul, at least. ]

Very well, my dear star. Let us away somewhere sucluded that you may talk freely.

[ Themis blinks at the tears, his confusing giving way to worry. He rubs her back soothingly even further with a grown. ]

My dear... whatever is the cause of your worries? You have helped so many lives, saved so many. You have done more than enough.

[ He gives a small sigh. ]

It'll be alright.

Had you not intervened, I would have condemned all within Pandaemonium's halls to save the lives of all others upon this star.

Sorry...? My dear friend, I don't quite believe you've done anything to apologize for. In fact, you've helped save many lives.

[Themis holds her close, trying his best to soothe here. He's confused, and his face expresses this, but nonetheless, he rubs her back to try to help calm her.]

Full glad I will be to impart such knowledge unto you, that I have learned from my various travels of this star.
