I've loved everything I've bought from them (favorite knives, non-stick pan, carbon steel pans). This is the first I've heard of nitrided steel. Very tempting.

When he said he could end the Gaza and Ukraine wars, this is the sort of thing I assumed he meant. Hand the powerful everything they want, unconditionally. How so many people heard something else, I do not know. Remember moving the embassy to Jerusalem? Remember handing Afghanistan to the Taliban?

We joined a few days ago, and I haven't used a blocklist yet. In Settings -> Moderation, I set everything to SHOW. Looking at their profile, the account was completely blurred, with a link to @moderation.bsky.app . Nothing else.
Eh, I just joined a few days ago, and I've never been one to post much. Besides, if you're looking at what I've posted, you've seen my fierce kitty. No rats around here. Spouse got blocked two days after joining, so it's a big part of my experience here so far.
The moderators are effectively the platform. The blocked my spouse, no explanation or recourse, no way for others to even see their profile, gone from followers/following lists. Poorly trained moderation AI? Right-wing bots after they/them?
I'm not sure that's true. We're trying to figure out why my spouse's account was blocked by "moderators". There was no apparent way to find out why, or for me to see their account. I opened up all the settings I could find. I think the most controversial thing they did was specify their pronouns.
