I still feel a lot of internal pressure of keeping my stuff on the coffee table “tidy” out of fear, which is bad. If the stuff is tidy, it should only be because it makes my life easier. Not because I feel like I have to justify my stuff existence to avoid being yelled at.

I realized today one of the greatest joys of living alone is that I can have things out on the coffee table without fear of my ex throwing them in my office. I should probably go to therapy.
