It was really good to get out of the house and help a friend today. I needed that.

Currently being creative and making mashed potato waffles.

I can now see why people could get addicted to talking to AI chatbots and treat them like humans. My GenX warning lights are flashing.

I keep wondering if the power is going to go out. The lights have been flickering since last night.

For those that did not see my post on FB, Marion Mahon passed away last Wednesday after fighting a battle with cancer.

I did speak with Mariah on Friday evening. A memorial is being planned but it will likely not be until spring. I will update as more information becomes available.

Finally got to see Audra's property today. It was also good to get out of the house. Still not a fan of driving at night though so I need to watch my timing better.

Also, Sunday drivers need to only drive on Sunday. There might have been some foul language used in the privacy of my own vehicle.

Credit Union run this morning to sort out the stack of letters I got sent regarding the insurance on my credit card. Manager type (and the folks I spoke to on the phone last week) said that he had never seen anything like it.

Today is the post-holiday refrigerator clean out.

I am impressed that I was able to add alt text to the picture and that the character count for alt text is 2000 characters.

What I do like about Bluesky is that I can look at posts in the order they were posted without doing something special and having to dodge ads every third post.

I ordered some food from a place called the Momo King. It is Nepalese. The flavors are similar to Indian, except in dumpling form. Yummy.
