Resisting the urge to buy MGS2 Substance PS2 for the very moment. It's the last game I need to fill the PS2 collection and it's so hard to hold back lmao.

If I had a dollar for every time I've recorded a full playthrough of MGS2 for a project, I'd actually have at least enough for a coffee. One would think I'd consider saving the footage for the inevitable next time, but alas.

Game is... rough. I appreciate what it's trying to go for, but there's a level of jank in it that I wasn't really able to reconcile with. May give it another go at some point, but I hope it gets some major post-release support.

I loathe making layouts for 16:9 games; either you have to shrink the game a ton, adding a ton of dead space to the screen, or you're inevitably covering something with x, y, or z. The lack of elegant solutions grinds me to bits.
