We talked about homes not ‘units’, ending homelessness, community-led housing & Carbon & Social Value Trading.

We hosted Claire Gribben, Paul Chatterton & 35 Masters students from Leed Sustainable Cities programme at our CLiCs Centre!
We shared our work at Agile Homes on Carbon & Social Value Trading using biogenic materials.

We have just submitted a planning application for 14 new homes & Common House for Halton Senior CoHousing group, but this one is a little different!
We call these homes Tam, and they can move!

With perfect timing on the same day Rachel Reeves announced £39 bn for new homes, we signed an agreement for a significant investment. I’d like to say we planned this with the Chancellor, but I can’t! Instead it’s a synchronicity win!
The investment comes with a £25 m fund to pay to build new homes!

This is 1 home, but in 2 different locations. We recently moved it from Bristol, where it was part of the We Can Make Homes project. It’s now near Gloucester & is a permanent home for a young man in need of specialised supported living.
