With perfect timing on the same day Rachel Reeves announced £39 bn for new homes, we signed an agreement for a significant investment. I’d like to say we planned this with the Chancellor, but I can’t! Instead it’s a synchronicity win!
The investment comes with a £25 m fund to pay to build new homes!
