Nope. I had call last night but it’s cause a coworker is out on leave. I can’t remember the last call shift I had before that. We got hosed by the hospital on ECMO staffing starting in October. It is now 90%+ from staffing when it used to be almost all call.
I took over a 30% pay cut overnight.
