it's funny because it's all just corporate jargon to soften the blow of a rejection, in my case. but it's wild how much that softening actually matters to team cohesion and reliability among peers.

lrt has absolutely tested me at work these past few months i will not lie. sadly every instance was from ppl on my own team, which hasn't been the case until this past year versus all of my prior years.

The only true advice I can give you re: professional communication is don’t be a dick, don’t act like you’re better than anyone else, and try your best not to make other folks’ life harder.
