The CRA agent I spoke to yesterday sounded so stressed, and I just cannot understand why someone would be rude to a CRA agent. Their job is to help you understand the system. Nobody wants to give the tax vultures more money, but that's no excuse for being a twat.

To be fair, Czechs seem to think they're better than everyone. They pretend they're like Austrians and that justifies their arrogance. Even my Slovak colleague, who lives in Prague, said Czechs act like they're from some village and he cannot understand why they think they're better than Slovaks.
