Random tangent, but I find it really fascinating how humans have historically had a tendency to both be kinda scared of skeletons, and have historically also viewed them as just funny little guys. Something about how our discomfort with death is at odds with our desire to pack bond with everything

Turns out that was mildly important to be able to draw.

A mostly black sight hound like dog that is looking over their shoulder. They are in front of a black, stone gate and through it is a red, dune-like landscape. The crack accents are metallic copper, as is the dog's tears. This is an acrylic painting on wood.

Pretend to adult hard enough bank says you’re an adult. Pay rent to bank. 30 years later, banks says “okay here’s your house, certified adult!” Pretend you always knew what you were doing.
