Latin grammars of Hebrew apparently have a bunch of nice new verbs: hhatephpathahhatur ... segolatur ... pathahhatur ... dageschatur ... Of course, there's also schevatur 'is shwaified'. 🤓

Prepping my Vetus Latina talk am always astonished by Dunstan's Classbook (Bodl. MS. Auct. F. 4. 32, ca. 817). Apparently owned by St Dunstan, it has inter alia:
(a) Easter Vigil from the old Roman rite, with transliteration from Greek
(b) Ovid, Ars amatoria 1
(c) Eutyches with Old Breton glosses
Imagine you still had to write 'what I did on my summer vacation' essays. How badass would it be to get to write about this?
