So he’s arrested in Feb. 2025 and charged with bullshit. His lawyer and family don’t bail him out for a year because of ICE. He gets a plea deal that avoids deportation, but the sheriff gives him to Border Patrol anyway. Border Pareol realizes they shouldn’t have him and dump him to die in the cold.
It seems like he was arrested by BPD last year but charged by the district attorney, so he went into county detention. Which is why these limited orders don’t matter because these fascist fucks just work around them.
Oh and the Dems didn’t even run a candidate in the last sheriff election.
He was being held in the Erie County detention center, and the sheriff doesn’t answer to Sean Ryan. Which just shows that those kind of executive orders are nice but don’t amount to shit when it matters.
