This is it! This is my issue with the overall deaths in Skybound comic so far. Most of the characters that got killed off feel less than NPCs... Even when the characters that became relevant who died, their deaths were used to prop up a certain evil bitch...

Even if they actually bring back Windblade to the comic, seeing how Kirkman treated the female characters makes me wish Windblade would not be in the comic...

That's a fictional character and dude is allegedly "straight" in a couple continuities and even then, that's debatable. Also, the fujos generally don't give a fuck so...

Plus, that preview 30 where suddenly they not only made Elita-1 look more clean, young and beautiful compared to precious issues, but also gave her a fucking lipstick... And she was shown in rough condition before by the same artist and suddenly she looked like she instantly put on a make-up...

I don't have much trust toward TF writers to simply go for these two being close friends. And it's not like I don't want to Oplita to be a thing, I want them to properly developed both of them without just put them there just for the shippers.

Until the TF writers stop turning Oplita into a forced hetslop while delulu themselves that Oplita is on the same level of Clark Kent and Lois Lane, I will continue to dislike this ship and will not give a fuck about this ship (You can thanks Kirkman for that)

Oplita fans have been hungry for this ship so they could eat what ever scraps that the fucking TF writers throw at them. Even if the ship was handled badly (with Elita-1's characterization likely being suffered the most), most of them, mainly Oplita dudebros, will give them a pass...

The problem with Oplita is just because they are canonical in OG G1, the fucking writers thought they could just shoehorn them in other TF series without putting as much effort to convince the non-Oplita fans to why they should give a fuck about this ship.

It likes wishing for your fave characters going peak to shit within a run... The way this comic making from liking Optimus Prime to "idgaf" about him is sth that needs to be studied.

I recently watched the G1 Transformers movie 86 and was generally enjoying it, until I saw this lame-ass nostalgic-bait joke... How about do the apologizing tour for all the female transformers that got sidelined by your misogynistic ass for 40 years???

Oplita fans are probably very happy with the issue 30 (or not) but why do I have a feeling Kirkman is going to turn that ship into a forced het slop that compromised Elita-1's character just to prop up Optimus again???

I saw someone on Tumblr saying how Elita-1 was butchered as having the Decepticons taking Earth would "solve" a lot of problems... I'm sorry, but how the hell letting the Decepticons wrecking havoc on Earth to acquire resources and energons would solve her problems again????

Dan Mora is breaking his back to carry the sloppy Kirkman's writing hard. While I loved how the Dan Mora's Transformers looked, I fucking hate the story...

Also, his handle of Elita-1 should get him a beating because what the f was that last page???

Kirkman is trying to project his Invincible series into Transformers series so bad and he screwed Elita-1 hard... And having her to let Megatron and his goons to take over Earth when the man just got his serious heart attack is peak stupid-ass plot... It made no fucking sense.

Kirkman pissed me off so much with his dogshit take on Elita-1 in issue 29, because now, she looks no different than a villain at this point...
I may be annoyed at DWJ's some writing choices in his run, but at least he still gave Elita-1 some nuance to her character.

I take G1 Optimus Prime over the Skybound! Optimus "Look how both gentle and baddass I am" Prime plus some angst fest to show how "flawed" he was (while he is actually not from the narratives)

And they say Skybound!Optimus Prime is the "best" Optimus ever and it's the equivalence of the dudebros thinking a female character is peak just because she had some moments of baddass and not being a obstacle to the main male character.

Skybound TF really thinks angst, gore and brutal death scenes and depression are the new "silly" things that would make the story more mature and "deep"...

At least he nailed down the most beautiful woman casting for Helen of Troy, cause now I want to see this movie because of her...

I already checked out from his movie because of the ugly, plastic-esque, batman-esque armors, pant-wearing Greeks and Viking looking-ass boat. Until, Lupita was cast as Helen of Troy.

Probably 2. As long as I pretended that pretentious old man from my right doesn't exist, I should be fine. 7 if I wanted to see some doom (*may be yaoi) drama...

Skybound!Megatron ate Trailbreaker in issue 28 is just funny to me for multiple reason.
One of them is Kirkman continuing the DWJ's footstep of making Megatron as much deranged and unhinged as possible. Like yeah, we know you are crazy evil, kiddo!

The whole framing of "warm hope" vs "cold pragmatism" from Skybound Transformers is stupid as fuck because we can do both hope and pragmatism... In fact, we need to have both...Why the hell are we still pitting these two traits against each other when they can compliment each other?????

If it turned out Megatron got controlled by Dezmir the same way Starscream got controlled by Megatron, it will be both interesting but once again taking away the character's agency to be evil again.
