Defending children in government custody! In the past 2 months, our Litigation & Advocacy team and Children’s Rep Program filed three federal habeas petitions for 11 children facing prolonged ORR detention. The result: all 11 reunited w/ their families!

This facility is meant to break people down. Our legal team has seen firsthand the mold, disease, medical neglect, and inadequate food and water inside the Adelanto ICE Processing Center. In one year, the population surged from 3 to nearly 2,000.
