At some point, does the Overton Window open so far that the whole building collapses? If he tweets "I'M GOING TO DESTROY LOS ANGELES WITH A NUCLEAR BOMB" does that move the needle at all?

17.11.2025 03:51 โ ๐ 1632 ๐ 243 ๐ฌ 19 ๐ 8To keep tabs on Team MAGA, I periodically check in on the work of Ben Garrison. I couldn't let this week go by without checking to see what he'd have to say about Trump raping children and sucking cock. This week's cartoon is about 300 ostriches that were killed because of a rumor of bird flu.

16.11.2025 19:57 โ ๐ 19 ๐ 6 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 1We often don't know which room we're in, or how long we've been there, we only know what she knows.
Anchoring all this is the astonishing Tatiana Maslany, who creates the most distinctive, most fully-fleshed woman in jeopardy I've seen since Rosemary's Baby.
It's a single-set movie, but it never gets visually tiring, just from the way Perkins's camera chooses to look at objects. The editing and camera placement subtly reflect the protagonist's growing sense of bewilderment and disorientation.
16.11.2025 19:31 โ ๐ 4 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I loved, loved, loved Osgood Perkins's fascinating new movie Keeper. On a purely filmic level, Perkins is developing a cinematic vocabulary unlike anything I've ever seen. He generates over an hour of suspense almost entirely from unusual camera placement and editing.
