Grey has gained an extreme amount of weight but this time...it seems intentional. He's still blushing but he has a smile, having a hand on his gut, seeming to rub and check in out a bit. He still looks embarrassed but...happy with his body at the same time.

Grey is about to graduate from college and is checking himself out once again. He is a full on gainer at this point and there is no blush, only a happy expression as he realizes his body takes up all of the mirror.
