Hotel Renovator - a remodeling simulator reminiscent of House Flipper, but with all the jank and very little that stands out. The plot feels like a fever dream, and a lot of mechanics are ultimately useless. No missables, everything should unlock by story mode completion. Took me about 12 hours.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare (Multiplayer) - packaged as a separate game for some reason, for all the modes except campaign. Exo Zombies was pretty fun; Descent is by far one of my favorite maps. Most achievements can be unlocked solo, but two on Outbreak require you to do co-op. Took me 40 hours.

Fallout: New Vegas - the most fun I've had with any Fallout game. This has been an on-and-off completion over the past six years, and I'm glad to have gotten it done before Season 2 of the show drops. Game's good. Really good. I think I'm the only person alive who actually fucking likes Caravan.

Finally updated the pronouns on my main. For the longest time, I was worried about a few people I know IRL searching up my handle and calling me out on it, but they're nowhere close enough to me to pose a significant danger, and also if my bio didn't tip them off, the rest of my fucking posts would.

Megabonk - another roguelite with the gameplay of Risk of Rain but the XP leveling system and permanent progression of Vampire Survivors. It's a fine enough game, but the novelty wears off after a couple runs, and the humor's either cheap references or dated jokes. Took me about 50 hours.

Likewise, there's also parry and execution mechanics, but there's not really a scenario where you'd need to use them instead of shotgunning everything into a fine, robotic mist. Executing enemies also provides a speed boost, but you're already wave hopping all the time, so that hardly matters.

The shotgun + alt fire feels great, and annihilates everything regardless of distance. The other weapons, especially the SMG, feel far weaker in comparison, and without any ammo count, there's little incentive to actually use them.

Reaching max speed is not hard through wave hopping alone, and the arenas have bubbles and grapples you can use as boosts as well. With how fast you already move, getting hit is not an issue, and health is trivial with how easy it can be recovered, providing a constant regeneration at max speed.

The demo goes through the first six levels and three weapons. For a positive, the movement feels good and wave hopping is a fun way to traverse around. However, it felt extremely easy, and I was playing on Brutal difficulty.

Tried the demo for Don't Stop, Girlypop! today. I enjoyed it, but it had its fair share of issues, some of which could just be part of the Stylistic Suck appeal.
