This took me a long time to understand. I felt very guilty for enjoying portraying dark or unusual subjects. But art has always been my way to self regulate. I don't think that's the case for everyone, some can make art purely for profit or widespread appeal but for the rest of us it can be-

True, you have so many new options for mediums readily available too, something for everyone, and fantastic sales on kits and everything beginners need are super common.
Thats so true too! I think for a long time digital art was more convenient and accessible but not only are subscriptions becoming more common...
