This October the Quinte Arts Council presents Terri Horricks solo exhibition, “Canadian Landscapes.”

Come to the Quinte Arts Council’s Cultural Hub between October 3rd to October 24th to see beautiful works by Terri Horricks.

Opening Reception: Thursday, October 2nd at 4PM

The Quinte Arts Council will be closed to the public as our staff attend local events in solidarity and reflection. We encourage our community to join us: Tyendinaga Native Women’s Association – 5th Annual Every Child Matters Walk 📍 24 Meadow Drive, Kenhtè:ke (Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory) 🕙 Begins at 10 AM The walk will be followed by drumming, music, dancing, and rock painting. ✨ City of Belleville National Day for Truth and Reconciliation Event 📍 Market Square, Belleville 🕚 11 AM Speakers, special presentations, and musical performances will be held to mark the day.

September 30th is a day to honour the survivors of residential schools, the children who never returned home, their families, and communities. Orange Shirt Day is a reminder that Every Child Matters—today and every day.

Today, we pause to listen, learn, reflect, and commit to reconciliation. 🧡
