That's why I'd also been so hesitant to play that one too!! However for RE8 I think the vampire ladies have changed my mind and make it worth it I fear they seem iconic😂😂😂

Omg and thank you for saying that bc I really couldn't put my finger on why I preferred third until I played as Grace. I know I'm an oddity and I get in theory why first is so fun and scarier for others, so I'm sooo glad it's an option to try both in that game!

Omg I'm so glad I'm not the only one. Internet people being rude about playing in third person and I'm like I literally feel nothing in first person lmao this does not enhance the experience🫠

when it's 1st person and I keep getting attacked i just get super annoyed at the inconvenience, but when it's a third person character I am STRESSED and wORRIED and i am SO SORRY I'LL DO BETTER FOR U BESTIE

my RE/horror game hot take. (just my personal preference!!) 1st person is not scary to me and unenjoyable when I can't see the person I'm controlling bc who even is this person. my brain cannot connect this is supposed to be ME and third person just makes the stakes more real to me :')
