I went trick-or-treating today with my siblings for the first time ever in my life and it was so fun! I did it at a mall because it wasn't very doable in my neighborhood, but it was still fun!! I hope to do it again next year.

Oh, I get it now. How would this be a problem, though? If someone has a "talents blocked" account, the talents wouldn't know because they can't see it. If they find out they're blocked through a tool, they can't do anything about it other than use an alt account, which bypasses the mod list & block.
