Been stress watching a split screen of the Blue Jays and Falcons for hours. Looks like I’m going to only get one good result though.

My dad passed away last night. He was napping on the couch and didn’t wake up. He lived life loudly, but got the quiet ending he always hoped for. He wasn’t sick or anything, just really old. I’m obviously devastated, but it wasn’t a huge surprise for a man pushing 90. Tell your people you love ‘em.

Always a bummer when a venue shutters its doors for good. Tangled String in Huntsville filled a real niche in North/Central Alabama. Gonna try to make to one more up there if I can manage it.
