While I remember watching the original one countless of times, this one stuck with me a lot 😭💕💕💕

Mind you, the person used to send good references for the underpaid pieces, such as artwork from YGO or similar, with really good written descriptions of what they were looking for.

What the heck happened? 😭

-telling me I could just “paint over the generated pieces” if that helped me to work faster (remind you, for free, with the promise of a good payment if their KS was successful), over 20+ pieces or so for cards for a game.

Heck no!!

That made me both sad, angry and disappointed…

True story: I got someone -who commissioned me in the past for ridiculously cheap ($20/piece)- asking me to work for them again.
Not only the person threw the promise of a good payment after making a KS of their project with my art, but also they used A/I as “reference” -

Get AI out of fandom. Stop making headcanons with it, stop making fanfic with it, stop making fanart with it. If I see one more 'asking chat gpt *blank* about * character/characters in fandom* I'm going to lose my goddamn mind. Use your own fucking brain, stop asking AI to do everything. You could even ask other real people what they think. Just stop using AI in creative spaces.

When a reader loves a story so much they're inspired to make art about it, no matter their artistic skill, it's a beautiful thing. As an author, if I found out a reader made AI fan art of my characters I'd feel insulted. AI generated fan art is an abomination. Fuck off with that & keep fucking off!
