Dapples relies on aim more than most weapons do because of how close you need to be. Because of this, youre more likely to be punished if your aim isnt perfect. Think of squelchers for example. They can outrange when they fight so even if they miss, it isnt game over.

I think the one thing that holds me back compared to 3000XP dapple players is my mechanical skill more than anything. Ive been told by other high XP players that my decision making is fine. My execution is just what needs to be improved on.

After going back and forth so many times- Chapter 3 is up for Quotev and Chapters 2 AND 3 is up on Wattpad! (I didn't forget hhh-) Chapter3 introduces the Broshi kids (who will likely get one or two cameos lol). Enjoy!

i think it's really hard to care about the reputation associated with plus servers once I've matched into a whole 4-stack of plus players in sendouq and one of them throws out fascist catchphrases in the chat instead of a ggs after a close set

There is no accountability in this community. You can do heinous shit, but as long as you're good at the game you get a pass. Jackpot embarrassed our scene on a global stage and yet some of their members are still here.

Because of how Splatoon's mmr works, it produces an illusion of not improving. In reality, when I play with my friends and we are matched with players close to their mmr it becomes apparent how much better at the game I have become.

Seeing a lot of discussion around improvement and I wanted to share my perspective of it. I am someone who was 26-2700 jp zones xp, got into +3, swapped weapons, now sit at peak of 2924 zones xp decav man.

4. This is anecdotal evidence, but I have seen complaints from both top and low level players saying that they dislike the current system.

I think Splatoon needs to get rid of series weapon power.

1. Matches take too long to get once you get high enough

2. Being high means you are matched against JP players because of the dearth of good players in NA. This leads to lag and overall poor quality of games.

3. We have X Rank for (1/2)

If I am the ‘Mother of Time’, then my boyfriend would fall under the ‘Father Time’ title by default since he (in his own right) would be a deity of time too.
Since Toon is my son, he’d be pretty content knowing he has both mother and father figures.
