I'm all for free education but that's not what's limiting the number of doctors. There are still more applicants than available spaces in programs, and not nearly enough spaces for residents and fellows. Ditto for nurses.

For clarity: my moral allegiance in this moment of such enormous suffering is to the PEOPLE of Israel, Gaza, and Iran.
