If you watch how he actually plays (leaving a foot in, studs up tackles, etc.) and pay no attention to his ever present "smile," it is clear that "he is that kind of player."

I am one of the hundreds that log off if I see a certain someone on the instant reaction. In pod form I can listen to the first 15 seconds and the last 15 seconds and glean 97% of the message. I would argue that one does not need 7 different similes to convey their point.

I've been "cool guy" adjacent for most of my professional career. Some don't care about what the "nerds" do, but the ones who are fixated on their "cool guy" status are really exhausting.

My presumption, anything to do with a size 5 round ball and the letters "E, S, P, and N" is garbage. There may be a few exceptions, but they are few and far between.

From a trademark perspective "The 30" is better. One cannot claim exclusive use of descriptive terms, and clearly "30" does not describe the run time of the podcast.
