Nothing like enjoying your slightly cheaper pint while imagining the toddler crying from hunger that paid for it.

It’s frankly poor form for my sister to have her birthday clash with this - no greater night out in North London!

I'm perhaps naively hopeful that big news stories about AI hallucinations wiil make more people check sources.

The first time in a while it wasn’t an unbearable watch… although it was only United!

Same here - I was slightly confused given the BlueSky demographics…

Poor you, at least everything’s pretty quiet in global politics at the moment!

Ah there’s new depth to making the old trick work since I was conned ~15 years ago. The sadder part was when the parents brought it back years later for an early night themselves!

The moment to attack is every ball at the crease and the time to dig in is when you’re chipping from the rough on what’s meant to be Day 3, right?!

Somehow I (23) ended up with a listening age of 74 because I have listened to *some* music from the 60s… yet all my top songs, artists, albums are from the past 5-10 years?! Make that make sense

Nothing but respect if Reeves says "shall we all just have the hour back if everyone's read it?"

But what else on my ever-growing list would I have to roll my eyes at, tutt loudly, and start dismantling in an overly-detailed monologue that would send most of the population to sleep?!

Should probably add that I also don’t have a drivers license… how terrible at driving these people are!!

Oh absolutely - full of people I’m vehemently opposed to, that’s about the only draw from my perspective! And the odd individual you sort of like… but you can definitely judge people without always watching hours of rubber-burning on tarmac (I unfortunately prefer real-time heavy judgement)

It's Friday afternoon, so who wouldn't want to enter the weekend with one more round of my patented bubble plots of British politics? In this final (one hopes) of my mini-series I look at who the 'odd ones out' of British politics are. Who is 'out of touch' with the rest of the public. Let's see 1/n

We hooked it up to a big screen in the uni library, only for Rory to supply us with that spectacle. Somehow it made the endless hours of build-up and weird looks worthwhile!

Can we go back to the days when politicians said that they really wanted to help people but it’s very hard and takes time, rather than saying that they want to hurt people and can do it quickly?

Very catchy - I’m sure we’ll hear that bellowed out from the North stand forever more!
