Immagina se un ingegnere civile, nella relazione strutturale di un ponte, scrivesse quello che pensa di giornalisti, pubblico e sistema giudiziario...
Capiamoci: sono perfettamente d'accordo con il contenuto. Ma le sentenze sono un documento tecnico, non il contenitore delle opinioni o dei mal pancia dei giudici. Che una sentenza possa essere di 100 pagine è parte del problema. Il sistema giudiziario è scollegato dalla realtà.
