oh ya I haven't done live2d rigging. I know the concept and it is way too tedious for me. X'D

it's a lot I legit know how to rig but for characters I make the base in vroid and import into blender to edit, that way it's already rigged (at least the base)

Oh yeah when I'm animating I typically use the chain option. It's a lot easier when doing a lo-fi animation. If I was doing something like running or flipping or something like that I would probably use dynamic bones and tweak it unless it was absolutely insane. XD

I use either dynamic phones for things like hair and tails or I just use the chain option for bone relation. Yeah IK for feet/legs are definitely easier. It definitely depends on the situation for the arms for sure.
