Ah. I still haven’t ventured beyond AWS. I just copy Terraform from project to project and it’s never an issue.
Both are basic as hell. One could learn them through osmosis by Googling examples.
A better phase 2 would be writing a serverless application on AWS. Write an app that takes a query, sticks it into a some database, and returns an HTML response with some basic embedded CSS and Javascript.
